Returns will be accepted only for unused products in new condition with tags intact. BellaKoola must receive the product within 30 days or less from the original purchase date. Returns or exchanges not following our policy may be rejected or returned to sender at your own cost.
BellaKoola will pay the return shipping fees for any item that is faulty due to workmanship, or items not shipped as ordered. Otherwise, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
